This post is part II of II of possibly the 2 most shallow and unthoughtful posts I've ever written and may or may not include a certain amount of sarcasm.
I have recently heard from several guys in Oakwood Hall that "Rob and Big" is one of the funniest shows to ever air. I watched portions of the MTV2 reality show both by myself and with others as well as on the TV and on YouTube. I have since concluded that "Rob and Big" is not funny. Rob is definitely not funny at all and the character Big is only mildly funny at best (meaning that I gave one small chuckle that was forced). I think that they are not funny because they are trying to be funny and they think that they are funny. Their attempt at humor is actually self-absorbed, terribly shallow (as is this post; see "disclaimer"), and forced. Things that are truly funny include:
1. The Office
2. Lee Yowell
3. Jerry Seinfeld
4. "So You Think You Can Dance?" tryouts

rob and big sucks man. big has his moments for sure, but i hate watching things just for the hope to laugh this time. some more funny things.

I believe some of our younger friends see the humor that we do not, in saying younger I mean immature. Rob and Big the dynamic duo of idiocracy. that's all I got

For those of you who try to skip or rush through this stage of life, trust me it shows.
How is running around shooting people with a huge net-gun (gun that shoots a net to capture people) not funny? Ha ha that is hilarious...
MTV has already become one of the worst television networks, but Rob and Big is the one show I will watch, so give it another shot fellas.
More to add, I would recommend "Rob and Big" to young men over other current reality shows.

How many television shows are appealing to young men, besides ESPN, that also do not promote sex, violence, or drugs?

I haven't watched Rob and Big, but if Troy likes it, its probably dumb.

4. Ann Coulter, ha, ha, ha! Funny, intelligent and blunt! I can feel your readers cringing already.
you see, i used to like dumb comedy, but now i don't even own a television. to be honest, most things on tv repulse me. even the good stuff isn't good anymore. so, by all means, trudge through this stage of your life, and when you wake up and realize that shows like "Rob and Big" have absolutely NOTHING to do with real life, i will be there with open arms to greet you brothers and sisters.

Rob and Big is definately one of the funniest shows I have seen, especially the episode when Big's friend some giant 7 footish man tries to bmx on a huge ramp falls several times and some where in the distance the phrase "he blew his nuts out" is yelled. That my friend is funny.
